ReCar Fredericton, part of Shift Auto Group, is seeking a Vehicle Advisor to guide guests through the buying journey with transparency and exceptional service.

You will lead experiences from first contact to delivery, build trust, present vehicles, discuss options and financing, and address trade-ins with integrity. A dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment awaits with ongoing training and development.

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Advisor, you'll guide guests through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey while delivering a transparent, professional, and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Building trust by understanding each guest's needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Conducting vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives that educate and inspire confidence
• Guiding guests through vehicle options, financing pathways, trade-in opportunities, and ownership solutions with integrity
• Managing customer relationships, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities using CRM and digital sales tools
• Representing the ReCar brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
• Supporting vehicle merchandising by maintaining an organized, attractive showroom and vehicle display area
• Contributing to dealership marketing initiatives, including social media and personal brand development
• Participating in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
• Working collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve individual and dealership performance goals

• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a successful career in automotive sales
