Job summary

Crown Auto Group is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our Winnipeg team at Crown Toyota, located at the Waverly Auto Mall. This role focuses on appraising customer vehicles, managing leads, and driving purchase appointments within a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction, collaborate with sales and service teams, and participate in comprehensive training to support your success in acquiring and upgrading vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Previous customer service experience and/or vehicle acquisition experience preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers and provide customers with the right appraisal value of their vehicle.
• Manage outgoing calls and respond to lead inquiries.
• Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Generate and maximize purchase appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Cold call service customers to encourage trading their existing vehicles for upgrades.
