Stanley Black & Decker's Mississauga facility is seeking a VAS Associate to join a fast-paced distribution team on the 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. shift.

You will follow SOPs, support quality assurance, assemble product displays, and collaborate closely with teammates to meet daily targets while prioritizing safety. With a high school diploma and 1–2 years in distribution, you bring attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1-2 years experience in a distribution environment.
• Must be flexible and able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands.
• Strong attention to detail is mandatory.
• Forklift Certification is an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must have good manual dexterity.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an RF device is an asset.
• Flexible team player.
• Consistently punctual and reliable, supporting team success.
• Collaborate effectively to achieve goals and foster a positive environment.
• Bring energy, motivation, and a strong team attitude to every shift.
• Excel in fast-paced settings with a positive, professional demeanor.
