PwC Canada is seeking a Deals Valuations Senior Associate to provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. You will evaluate worth, risks, and drivers, supporting financial reporting, tax, and corporate planning while guiding clients through complex deal decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial background with analytical and communication skills.
• CPA/CA designation is an asset; valuation-specific credentials are beneficial.
• Experience with valuations, financial modeling and deal analysis is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand the business and assets being valued, plus historical and projected performance.
• Conduct financial research on industry conditions and valuation multiples.
• Engage clients to discuss operations and financial items for valuation analysis.
• Prepare complex valuation models and assist in report preparation.
• Support audit-related tasks including purchase price allocations and impairment assessments.
• Collaborate with PwC Deals group to deliver integrated valuation services.
