Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Operations-focused engagements within Delivering Deal Value. You will drive value across the deal lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams and contribute to business development pursuits across various sectors.

This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills and willingness to travel. The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivery excellence in complex transactions, with a focus on EBITDA and working capital

Qualifications

• Operational due diligence assessing target operations, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Operational performance improvement including driving transformations and strategies to boost productivity and EBITDA growth.
• Operational restructuring for companies in stressed or distressed situations, including scenario analysis and turnaround.
• Strategic initiatives heavily dependent on operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Support DDV leadership with day-to-day management of multiple projects and lead junior team members.
• Develop and execute operational value creation, restructuring, integration and separation strategies.
• Manage project stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead delivery teams in developing plans, monitoring progress and achieving value creation targets.
• Coach and develop team members aligned with PwC values.
