Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate for Financial Due Diligence within Deals Transaction Services. You will participate in meetings with senior management and lead in-depth financial analyses to identify deal drivers.

You will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, prepare Quality of Earnings analyses, and contribute to data-driven valuation and risk assessment in a collaborative, hybrid Canadian environment.

Qualifications

• Solid audit experience at Senior Associate level.
• Proven technical and analytical capabilities including financial performance analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation and report writing skills.
• Proven engagement team management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with senior management to obtain critical information for due diligence.
• Develop understanding of target companies and business drivers.
• Undertake in-depth financial analysis of client and target data to identify deal issues and value drivers.
• Prepare analyses such as Quality of Earnings and normalized working capital.
