Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce or MBA or equivalent.
• AACI Designation in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
• Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex valuation matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appraisal reports.
• Mentor Valuation Associates under supervision.
• Property inspections as needed.
• Develop and manage client relationships on an ongoing basis.
• Write clear, concise reports and communicate effectively.
