Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in valuation/advisory.
• Post-secondary education in commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
• AACI Designation in good standing is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to communicate complex valuation matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appraisal reports and market studies for clients.
• Manage complex engagements and client relationships.
• Mentor Valuation Associates and support business development.
• Maintain high-quality reports under strict deadlines.
• Travel as required and uphold firm policies.
