Gray Collection in Montreal is seeking a friendly valet/concierge to greet guests, assist with parking, luggage and special requests, and help manage hotel traffic at the entrance.

Responsibilities include recording license plates, matching guest names and room numbers, delivering mail and packages, and providing guests with an overview of room features. Must lift 30–50 pounds and work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (drive automatic and standard cars).
• Excellent customer service: approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and multitasking.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
• Knowledge of Ottawa, its tourist attractions and its major intersections.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset.
