Responsibilities
  • Discovering hardware and software solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical problems
  • Identifying and repairing flaws
  • Troubleshooting network issues
  • Hardware and software installation and configuration
  • Speaking with customers to quickly determine the source of their problem
  • Giving customers timely and accurate feedback
  • Customers are guided through a series of steps to solve a problem
