Job summary

Allied is seeking a proactive User Experience Partner to handle a range of property administration duties and ensure a superior tenant and guest experience across our urban workspace portfolio in Canada. You will support day-to-day billing inquiries, lease questions and service requests while coordinating with Technical Services to maintain high service levels.

  • Previous Yardi experience an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Purpose

Cultivate an engaging user experience for our tenants and guests.As User Experience Partner, you will perform a broad range of property administration duties to ensure user experience expectations are met and your assigned properties are performing well.

Reporting to a Manager, Portfolio Operations, you will collaborate across our organization to address both the planned and unplanned operational needs of our users.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of all users, dealing with day-to-day questions and concerns including billing issues, lease inquiries, service amenities and special requests.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.

Qualifications

$56,000 - $65,000 a year

Allieddeterminesindividual compensationby work location and other factors, including relevant experience,educationand internal equity.
