Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Sales Associate in Calgary to support the used vehicle sales centre and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the buying journey.

The role involves coordinating inventory, assisting customers, and generating reports, with a path to grow within a Fortune 500 company and comprehensive benefits. $45,000–$48,000 CAD annually plus monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in Business or Sales are assets.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or dealership operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vehicle Sales Manager in daily operations of the Used Vehicle Sales Centre.
• Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process with accurate product information.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate vehicle staging, listings, and marketing to maximize visibility.
• Prepare sales contracts and coordinate title transfers and ownership docs.
