Job summary

401 Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager in London, Ontario, to lead the pre-owned vehicle department. This hands-on role focuses on maximizing inventory turn, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence across all used-vehicle activities.

You will appraise trade-ins, source inventory through wholesale channels, manage aging reports, and drive pricing and service-drive strategies to sustain a steady flow of quality vehicles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive management experience, preferably in used vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisal, wholesale purchasing, and market-based pricing.
• Experience with wholesale platforms such as OpenLane and EBlock.

Responsibilities

• Appraise trade-in vehicles and decide buy/sell strategy (retail/wholesale/auction).
• Source inventory through wholesale channels and manage supply.
• Lead the Used Vehicle Sales Team and set performance goals.
• Ensure accurate online merchandising with photos, descriptions, and pricing.
