Subaru of Brampton is seeking self-starting individuals to join our Used Car Sales team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and work within OMVIC regulations to close sales.

As part of Performance Auto Group, this on-site, full-time role offers commission-based earnings with no base salary. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and integrity drives our high-volume Burlington-area operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• 2–5 years automotive sales experience preferred.
• Dealer CRM system experience required.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all interactions and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain solid product knowledge on dealer vehicles and incentive programs.
• Quote customers, follow up, and update on vehicle delivery progress.
• Attend training and adhere to OMVIC regulations and company policies.
