Job summary

Eurest is seeking an Unit Manager, Food Service to drive the financial success of the unit and lead all aspects of food service operations. You will manage budgeting, expenditures and inventory while recruiting and scheduling staff.

The role requires strong client relationship skills and a focus on service quality, compliance, and safety. Two years of related management experience and ProServe/Food Safe or First Aid training are required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with QA, OHSA and WHMIS regulations.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections and WHMIS training.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.
