Qualifications

• Previous experience as a unit clerk in an acute care setting.
• MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, tests, therapies, and consultations into electronic health records and other databases.
• Reception: serve as the first point of contact for efficient unit administration.
• Maintain patient electronic charts and assist with clerical duties for the Unit/Clinic/Care Centre.
• Transcribe and process physician orders and schedule patient tests and treatments.
