Job summary

North American Construction Group (NACG) is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in filling site vacancies across our Western Canada operations. The role focuses on union craft recruitment and providing responsive HR support in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and help with onboarding while contributing to a safety-conscious, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
1–2 years of recruitment and selection experience for similar roles.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill current and upcoming openings.
Source qualified candidates and build a strong candidate pool across trades.
Coordinate the selection and hiring process from application to hire.
Assist with union craft recruitment activities and respond to HR inquiries.
Prepare job postings and manage campus/job fair outreach.
Support onboarding of new hires and participate in HR-related projects.
