Northbridge Insurance is seeking a Northbridge Underwriting Service Representative to support underwriters by handling data entry and information verification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

You will collaborate with internal underwriting teams, communicate with underwriters, and contribute to quick, high-quality service while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education and/or Insurance experience.
• Intermediate level computer skills, and the ability to learn new programs.
• Actively pursuing a CIP designation.

Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters; performing administrative tasks that allow the Commercial Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader, Underwriting Service Support, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right.

Our USRs are passionate about insurance and use this opportunity to showcase their talents and further their insurance career. They are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a strong desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.
