Elby Professional Recruitment in Mississauga is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the organization's HR information systems across HR, Payroll, and Finance. You will oversee UKG UltiPro and UKG Workforce Management implementations, configurations, and integrations to maximize system usage and data accuracy.

The role emphasizes process improvement, reporting, and dashboards, with cross-functional collaboration across Payroll, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with strategic responsibilities.
• Direct experience with UKG (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management required.
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, design, and integration of UKG UltiPro and UKG WFM.
• Implement new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and IT on functionality and reporting.
• Lead HRIS-related projects and provide technical support.
• Develop enhanced AI-powered tools and build dashboards/reports.
• Manage HRIS projects and related duties as required.
