Canada Cartage is seeking a Lead Hand Truck & Transport Technician to lead the maintenance team and mentor apprentices. You will supervise daily shop operations, perform diagnostics and repairs on fleet equipment, and coordinate schedules to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyperson / Red Seal Truck & Transport Technician or 6+ years of applicable experience.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience and ability to lead shop operations.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship, with strong diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and prioritize repairs.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on fleet equipment.
