Overview

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of like-minded people in working with youth and their families in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, ON.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities: supervisory and team-building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along.
• Actively participate in area youth networks and relate to both churched and non-churched populations.
• Prepare and apply related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work.
• Maintain a valid vehicle as part of the job requirements.

Salary and Terms

The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
