Job summary

Terrace Post Acute is seeking a Treatment Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our healthcare team. The role offers pay range of $38–$40 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the residents physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
