Job summary

Forest Hill Orthodontics in Toronto, ON is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving practice in Toronto. This is a replacement position within our established orthodontic team. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

You'll be the first point of contact for patients, present treatment options, develop financial plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to support patient care and growth. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• Experience in professional sales is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new patients with a warm, welcoming experience.
• Present treatment options and explain plans to help patients decide.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Drive practice growth through effective follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
• Educate patients about orthodontic care, timelines, outcomes, and maintenance.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
• Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.
• Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

The Teammate We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred
• Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
