Job summary

Signature Orthodontics in North Edmonton, AB is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice within Corus Orthodontists. You’ll guide patients through their treatment journey, present options, discuss payments, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental/ortho office preferred.
• Previous experience in professional sales is an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset.

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by presenting options and answering questions.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Drive practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective follow-up and relationship-building.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
• Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctors and Practice Manager.

About You

• Experience in dental/ortho office is preferred.
• Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
