Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 35–40 Hours/Week

About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator/Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the front office—guiding patients through their treatment journey while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work side-by-side with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional experience, every step of the way. This is a full-time role in a warm, community-focused dental office committed to patient education and long-term care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Presenting and explaining treatment plans with clarity and confidence
• Discussing financial options and navigating insurance coverage with patients
• Coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and treatment timelines
• Educating patients on procedures, options, and long-term care
• Managing accurate patient records and ensuring timely documentation
• Supporting the clinical team with scheduling and workflow optimization
• Overseeing billing, claims, and payment arrangements
• Creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience is required—ideally in a Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance policies, and financial arrangements
• Confident, articulate communicator who can connect with patients and team members
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with dental software (experience with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus)
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
