Job Summary

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in facilitating the transition from patient diagnosis to . the completion of treatments for visitors of the Dental department. The key responsibilities of this role will be centered around helping patients make informed decisions about their dental health and maintaining collaborative relationships with all colleagues (both clinical & administrative).

Schedule

  • This is a full-time role
  • Flexibility to work within operating hours required, including evenings and weekends

Location

  • 110 Harbour St, Toronto

Responsibilities

  • Engage compassionately with patients to ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
  • Build trusting patient relationships through comprehensive education of treatment options and attentive communication to encourage acceptance of recommended care plans.
  • Efficiently handle all administrative tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, liaising with insurance companies, processing payments, and data entry.
  • Contribute to smooth clinic flow by providing reliable support, adhering to policies & procedures, and participating in goal achievement.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients' experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive Dental Administration experience
  • Strong client service skills and impeccable verbal & written communication
  • Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
  • Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Tracker software

Nice-to-Haves

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 1+ years working with Invisalign
  • Proven track record of achieving/surpassing goals
