Your Role

As an Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating positive patient experiences and driving our practice’s success. Responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
  • Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
  • Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
  • Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
  • Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.

About You

  • Orthodontic or dental experience considered an asset but not necessary
  • Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
  • Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
  • Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
