Role: Beauty Advisor

The Beauty Advisor builds deep, lasting relationships with customers, leading to increased sales, service, and loyalty. Compensation is commission-based and directly tied to sales volume results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional service to all customers
2. Meet or exceed sales and service goals
3. Develop and maintain a loyal client base
4. Share product knowledge with the team
5. Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and managers
6. Drive brand sales through marketing, events, and recommendations
7. Participate in educational sessions
8. Support visual merchandising and sales tasks
9. Engage with clients via phone, email, and electronic communication
10. Resolve customer issues in collaboration with management
11. Perform additional duties as assigned
12. Ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity policies

Ideal Candidate:

1. High school diploma
2. Proven sales success
3. Team-oriented and collaborative
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
6. Minimum two years in a commission-based sales environment
7. Make-up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands
8. Luxury retail experience preferred
