Job summary

Delpath, a Toronto-based Technical & Business Consulting firm, is a seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Liquidity Cash Management Treasury initiatives for a major Canadian bank. You will manage 1–2 projects at a time, report to a Director, and drive governance, planning, and reporting across Business, Technology, and Finance teams.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of CA-PPM/Clarity and PeopleSoft, and a track record in budgeting and financial control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closeout).
• Experience with CA-PPM/Clarity and PeopleSoft for governance and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials: budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoicing, cost-to-complete, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 projects at a time under Director guidance, driving activities from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate governance: agendas, minutes, decisions, action tracking, and documentation.
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoicing, reconciliations; ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain artifacts in PMO tools (e.g., Clarity/PPM) with up-to-date plans and logs.
• Prepare project- and portfolio-level reporting for Directors, VPs, and senior leadership.
