About The Role

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the Treasury Manager oversees cash management, treasury financial reporting, and daily banking operations. This role involves designing and implementing treasury policies, leading projects with finance teams and external partners, and managing a team of three professionals including a Treasury Accountant and two Treasury Analysts.

Responsibilities include:

1. Executing high-value transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
2. Monitoring account balances, operating lines, and swinglines to ensure liquidity.
3. Developing cash flow forecasts and managing bank relationships.
4. Overseeing financing activities, including debt management and letters of credit.
5. Analyzing treasury reports, overseeing bank reconciliations, and leading audits.
6. Managing and mentoring the treasury team, driving process improvements.
7. Leading treasury projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of treasury management experience with leadership skills.
• CPA designation required.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of corporate banking, compliance, and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with Yardi software and treasury systems is preferred.

Salary Range: $99,756—$137,088 CAD
