White Coat Financial Inc. is seeking an experienced Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in advanced tax strategy to support our expanding client base of dentists and physicians across Canada. This role involves more than tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and providing ongoing, high-level planning advice tailored specifically to the needs of incorporated healthcare professionals.

You will work closely with clients and their banks to prepare financial projections and support clinic financing efforts, including acquisitions, renovations, and startups. This position offers long-term growth opportunities within the company, with pathways toward equity and partnership for the right candidate.
