Job summary

ARCO/Murray Canada is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up cold storage, light industrial, and other commercial projects across Canada. The role includes managing project administration, field operations, and coordinating with subcontractors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

You will work closely with project managers and regional leadership, uphold ARCO’s safety program, and travel across the country to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent on jobs.
• Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award kickoff and receive project details for preplanning.
• Coordinate with project manager to schedule activities, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule; ensure safety and quality.
