Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking Commercial Superintendents for a travelling role across Canada. You will lead field staff, coordinate contractors and sub-trades, and keep projects on track on a 6-day work week with 3–4 weeks on site followed by 7–10 days at home.

Prior construction/restoration or similar fast-paced experience is preferred, and travel is required with provided accommodations. You will also manage safety documentation, reporting, and timesheets, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating teams in construction/restoration or similar fast-paced environments.
• Experience directing field staff, contractors and sub-trades, setting expectations and following up.
• Strong organization skills to manage documentation, safety paperwork, reporting and timesheets.
• Comfortable using smartphones and web tools to upload, download and record information.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Safety-focused leadership in active job sites.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home on rotations.
