Job summary

RBC in Vaudreuil-Dorion is seeking a client-focused banking representative to help clients with everyday banking, credit and investment needs. You will engage with clients in-branch and the community, teach digital banking tools, onboard new clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists.

As an RBC ambassador, you will build relationships, drive sales, and contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty while collaborating with RBC partners to deliver meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a target-driven sales environment
• Problem-solving and people skills with ability to build relationships and proactively connect with clients
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and hunger for success
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
• Bilingualism (English and French) required to serve English- and French-speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover banking needs and opportunities
• Focus on client education and demonstration using technology to deliver a memorable experience, drive sales, and retain business
• Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions
• Actively listen to understand clients' individual needs
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals
