Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Toronto, Canada seeks a Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. You will engage customers, convert enquiries into bookings, and drive sales through consultative conversations with a focus on end-to-end travel solutions.

You’ll work a rotating schedule, achieve KPIs, and earn uncapped commission. Prior travel sales and Sabre GDS experience are preferred. Benefits and travel perks are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel sales or customer-facing, target-driven roles.
• Experience selling end-to-end travel solutions (flights, hotels, tours, insurance).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into bookings through consultative conversations.
• Aim for KPIs, revenue, and customer satisfaction with commission earnings.
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Build a base of new and repeat customers across domestic and international trips.
• Manage multiple channels (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Quote, book, and follow up using booking systems and supplier tools.
