Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group Canada is seeking a Travel Consultant in Toronto, ON. You will engage customers, convert enquiries into bookings, and work toward clear sales targets while earning commission.

The role is full-time, on-site in a fast-paced retail environment, with weekends/evenings as required. You will handle end-to-end travel solutions and build a loyal customer base across domestic and international trips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel sales preferred.
• Experience using Sabre GDS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and upselling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer enquiries into bookings through consultative sales conversations.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale.
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance.
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers across domestic and international trips.
• Manage multiple customers and channels (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Use booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, book, and follow up accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, accessible work environment for Flight Centre staff.
