Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a Travel Consultant in Toronto, ON to engage customers, convert enquiries into bookings and work toward clear sales targets. You will earn commission on every sale while delivering end-to-end travel solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to manage multiple channels, and familiarity with booking systems like Sabre. 2+ years in travel sales is preferred, with weekends/evenings expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in travel sales or equivalent
• Experience with Sabre GDS preferred
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and upselling products

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets with commission on every sale
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours and insurance
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers across domestic and international trips
• Manage multiple customers and channels in a fast-paced retail environment
• Use booking systems to quote, upsell, book and follow up accurately
