Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for Compact Construction Equipment in Edmonton. You will sell new and used compact equipment, develop business in your AOR, and strengthen customer relationships to grow revenue and market share.

Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, pursuing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams. Travel within the territory is required, and the role offers growth within a growing company with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction/equipment is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the AOR.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and respond to market trends.
• Promote Brandt's compact construction equipment to customers and strengthen brand presence.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms for profitability and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service and Finance to provide integrated solutions.
• Prepare customer status reports including call activity and opportunities weekly.
• Coordinate check-ins, upfitting and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators.
