Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Grande Prairie is seeking a Territory Manager for Compact Construction Equipment to drive sales and growth within a designated AOR.

This role emphasizes developing business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving targets in the construction equipment segment. You will coordinate with Parts, Service, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions, travel within the territory, and participate in weekly meetings and training to stay current on products

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment (skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.
• Promote Brandt's compact construction equipment line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance departments to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
