Job summary

WB Melback Corporation is seeking a highly organized Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our team. This role ensures smooth, cost-effective travel while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and travel service providers.

The ideal candidate holds a college diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field, with 2+ years of travel coordination experience.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or administrative support in a corporate or project-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of booking systems, travel suppliers, and corporate travel policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Flexibility to respond to travel issues during evenings and weekends
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Research and plan travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, hotels, and other accommodations
  • Book travel in accordance with company policies and project requirements
  • Monitor schedules and provide timely updates to travelers and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot travel issues such as cancellations, delays, and last-minute changes
  • Liaise with travel agencies, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, itineraries, and related documentation
  • Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective and align with budgets and policies
  • Provide guidance to employees on travel procedures, policies, and documentation
  • Assist with preparing travel reports and tracking expenses
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective travel while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and travel service providers. Occasional support outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Research and plan travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, hotels, and other accommodations

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits
  • $25–$30/hour (based on experience & credentials)
