Job summary

Wingbuddy is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team in Montreal. You will work with seasoned agents, assisting customers and travel agencies, turning inquiries into dream vacations!

You’ll handle calls and emails, craft personalized quotes, process reservations and payments, and stay up to date on our ever-evolving travel packages and promotions. Fluency in French is required; additional languages are a plus. This role offers a hybrid schedule after probation with some remote work.

• Experience in sales, preferably travel industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French; additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.

• Help clients find the perfect travel package, guiding them to unforgettable destinations.

• Prepare accurate and personalized quotes that meet every client’s needs.

• Process reservations and payments with precision, making sure every detail is spot on.

• Stay informed about our evolving range of travel packages, promotions, and services to provide the best advice possible.

What You Bring to the Table:

We're looking for someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for travel. Here's what will make you a perfect fit:

• Have experience in sales (preferably in the travel industry).

• Be a natural communicator, skilled both in writing and over the phone.
