Job summary

CAA Travel is hiring a Travel Consultant to provide exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. You will keep client records up to date and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

No previous experience is necessary—just a passion for travel, customer service and sales; we will provide training. Hiring for February 2027. Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and participate in our travel industry education program.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience.
• Prior Travel Agency experience is an asset.
• TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent organizational skills
• Available to work store operation hours - Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. In addition, you will ensure your clients records and files are consistently up to date and maintained and provide regular follow up with clients.

This is a great opportunity for experienced Travel Agents, new grads, or anyone looking to kickstart their career in travel. No previous experience necessary, just a passion for travel, customer service and sales, we will provide training!

Hiring for February 2027

Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as wellas the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of therange are encouraged to apply.

Who You Are:
