CAA Club Group in Toronto is seeking a Member Service Consultant to deliver exceptional member experiences, selling memberships and travel-related services at our locations.

You will handle car rental bookings, passport photos, and International Driving Permits, while guiding members through travel insurance options. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• TICO certification completion or working towards.
• Available to work flexible store operation hours.
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

Position Details
What You Will Do
As a Member Service Consultant (MSC) you will have the proven ability to provide exceptional experiences to our Members. In this role, you would be required to sell Memberships, and merchandise.
You will also be required to make car rental reservations, take passport photos, issue International Driving permits and educate and provide Travel Insurance options to our Members.
Total compensation for this role will be determined by the terms and schedules under the applicable collective agreement.
Who You Are

• TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
• Available to work flexible store operation hours
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
