Job summary

Naboo is seeking Travel Consultants in Montréal to support North American clients and events. You will gather travel needs, book flights and trains, and manage traveler requests with a focus on automating repetitive tasks using AI-powered workflows.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance and Product teams, plus onboarding and training new team members as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Canadian work permit.
• Fluent in French; English a plus.
• Enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team.
• Very well organized and detail oriented.
• Keen to use AI and automation tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Gather travel needs of event participants (Air & Train).
• Book individual and group tickets (Air and Train).
• Manage travelers’ requests: routes, options, changes, cancellations.
• Contribute to in-house processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Product teams.
• Recruit, onboard and train new joiners as the team grows.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, on-site in Montréal (no remote work)

Role & Responsibilities

You will join our newly formed team of Travel Consultants in Montréal, supporting our North American clients and events. On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Gather the Air & Train travel needs of event participants
• Book individual and group tickets (Air and Train)
• Manage individual travelers’ requests: customized routes, booking options, changes and cancellations
• Contribute to the development of in-house processes, tools and functionalities, with a strong focus on automating repetitive tasks (AI-powered workflows, booking automation)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Product teams
• Recruit, onboard and train new joiners as the team grows

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: 17 CAD/hour
