Job summary

Naboo in Montreal is seeking an events specialist to organise key events for strategic clients, ensure client satisfaction, negotiate with service providers, and build trusted relationships. The role offers a CAD 54k–60k package plus uncapped bonus, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week after probation, with Canada Life health coverage and a MacBook. You will help develop processes, recruit and train joiners, and contribute to Naboo’s North America go‑to‑market strategy.

Qualifications

• Native English level is required.
• Experience in corporate events or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong ability to interact with clients and collaborate in a team.
• Very well organised with attention to detail.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Package: Between 54K CAD and 60K CAD + uncapped bonus based on events and client satisfaction
