Job summary

Naboo is seeking an Account Manager based in Montréal to support our key account clients for events from initial briefing to contract signing and deployment of our solution.

You will convert leads into loyal customers by understanding needs, building transparent relationships, and guiding them through the sales cycle with rigorous follow-up. You will contribute to your portfolio by selling seminars and corporate events, while meeting individual and team objectives.

Qualifications

• Initial experience as an account manager in the hotel or events industry.
• Strong customer service, are responsive and organised.
• Solid knowledge of the hotel and events market.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to meet their needs for seminars, team trips and corporate events.
• Qualify and process leads, from briefings to closing, via our platform.
• Carry out targeted commercial actions to develop our offering within the assigned account.
• Work towards achieving individual and collective objectives.
• Propose improvements to internal processes and tools.
• Be proactive in proposing actions to roll out our offering.
• Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.
• Arrange events that bring the Naboo team together.
