Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles is seeking a Travel Concierge (Overnight) to support premium travelers from a home-based Ontario setup. This permanent, full-time role requires overnight shifts, weekend availability, and a commitment to exceptional service.

You will handle domestic and international requests, book and modify itineraries, and use Sabre and other GDS tools to ensure seamless travel experiences for high-profile clients while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years travel industry experience.
• Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required.
• Sabre experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel or travel reservations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
• Research, book, modify and manage travel arrangements
• Utilize Sabre and other GDS tools to support customer needs
• Resolve travel-related issues quickly and professionally
