Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles is seeking an experienced Travel Concierge for a permanent overnight position, fully remote within Ontario. The role involves handling domestic and international travel requests, booking and modifying itineraries, and resolving issues with premium service levels.

Requirements include at least 2 years in travel, GDS experience (Sabre preferred), and strong communication and problem-solving skills to support travelers via phone, email, and chat.

Work Requirements

• Must reside in Ontario
• Must be available for permanent overnight shifts
• Must be available weekends and statutory holidays
• Dedicated home office space
