Job summary

The University of Regina seeks a Coordinator, Sexual Violence Prevention and Response to lead education, prevention and response strategies under the Sexual Violence/Misconduct Policy. You will partner with campus units to provide trauma-informed support and develop programs for a safer campus.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field.
• ,
• 5+ years of experience providing supports to survivors of sexual assault or related settings.
• Minimum of 5 years in young adult health or education with experience in prevention/response programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to contact for individuals affected by sexual violence, providing counseling and trauma-informed support.
• Collaborate with university units to implement education and prevention strategies.
• Craft unified messages about support options and responses to disclosures.
• Lead development of programs to prevent sexual violence on campus.
