Job summary

Kruger Products is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support day-to-day execution and optimization of transportation operations across North America. You will partner with carriers and internal teams to meet service, cost, and performance objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, managing carrier relationships, and driving supply chain improvements. A post-secondary degree, 2+ years in retail or related industry, and bilingual English/French are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or relevant industry experience.
• Post-secondary degree required.
• Strong data analytics and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation operations across the supply chain with internal teams and carrier partners.
• Monitor carrier performance, market trends, and network risks using TMS and analytics tools.
• Manage carrier relationships including performance reviews and scorecards.
• Drive process improvements to optimize carrier selection and efficiency.
• Support transportation sourcing activities including RFPs and rate requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance inventory, service, and system enhancements.
• Ensure accurate transportation spend with freight and accessorial charges validation.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders on issues and opportunities.
